Durable and eye-catching graphics are possible with the BN-20, reports Xpres
Xpres says Roland DG’s desktop print-and-cut solution, the BN-20, is proving as popular as ever [see this issue’s decorator profile to read about the service a start-up received from Xpres when purchasing the BN-20].
The BN-20 is ideal for short run print-and-cut work, and can produce stickers, decals, transfer and photo prints, which is why Xpres says it is the perfect start-up print solution for any decoration business.
The machine uses Eco-Sol Max inks for low running costs and virtually odourless printing. Three ink configurations are available, including basic four-colour CMYK, five-colour CMYK + white and CMYK + metallic silver. “CMYK + white is ideal for clear or coloured media, while CMYK + silver is great for creating high-impact graphics,” explains Xpres.
Included with the BN-20 is Roland’s VersaWorks Rip software, which features a built-in Pantone spot colour library, variable data printing and a predictive ink usage calculator.
The desktop full colour printer and contour cutter uses a USB interface for ease of use and includes Roland’s intelligent pass control for high quality prints at speed.
“This compact, affordable device delivers durable and eye-catching outdoor and indoor graphics with great quality,” concludes Xpres.
