This intricate logo was embroidered onto beanies by Rhuban Design near Whitehead in Northern Ireland for local football team Whitehead Eagles FC
I’ve completed some printing for the Whitehead Eagles in the past, and as autumn is hitting us all so fast, the club asked if they could have some beanies embroidered, explained Maura Alexander, owner of the family-run Rhuban Design.
“This started a lively debate: beanie with or without bobble?!”
Rhuban Design decorated a total of 30 hats, embroidering both the Original Cuffed Beanie (BC045) and Original Pom Pom Beanie (BC426) from Beechfield in bright royal, which were supplied by Ralawise.
The design was digitised by David Sharp, which Maura then embroidered onto the hats using her Ricoma TC 2001 embroidery machine, which was supplied by YES Group.
