Vastex International has introduced a new LED back-lighting kit for screen washout booths.
Offered in two sizes, 120V or 240V, it is designed to illuminate the translucent acrylic back panel of screen washout booths to improve visual inspection of the screen surface being reclaimed. Model VWB-LK2 measures 610 x 51mm for booth chambers less than 1,219mm wide, and model VWB-LK4 measures 1,219 x 102 mm for booth chambers more than 1,219 mm wide.
The new units attach to the upper frame of a washout booth with the mounting brackets supplied; they are optional on new equipment and can be retrofit to all existing Vastex washout booths and other specific makes.
Both the light and switch on the units are IP65-rated as being dust- and water-tight.
