Twenty-five years. I joined PenCarrie only a couple of months after Paul, Caroline and Penny started the company

“Will you lot just be nice to each other please?” Constantly, to my three squabbling (but gorgeous) kids, aged 14, nine and four!

What is the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to you at work?
Look away now if you’re eating. After complaints from colleagues, I once had to ask someone to please refrain from picking their nose at their desk…and eating it. Lowlight of my managerial career and so awkward!
What’s your most unappealing habit?
Correcting other people’s grammar and spelling!

Crisps – lots of them

I play netball – as goal shoot!
