This awesome 136,500-stitch logo was embroidered onto six softshell jackets by The Uniform Room in West Midlands for Twisted Monkey Garage.
The 23cm wide, 20cm high design took just under three hours to stitch onto the Pro 3 Layer Softshell Jacket from Pro RTX, explains managing director Jordan Crumpton. “We also ran the same logo as a left chest, which was 34,079 stitches, so the total run time for front and back logo was just under four hours long.”
“We ran them on our Barudan six-head embroidery machine and used Madeira classic 40 thread and Madeira tearaway backing,” he adds.
The reaction to the finished result was, he confirms, extremely positive: “We got good feedback online on how detailed the logo is and how vibrant the logo is.”
The client was also very happy – it was a new account and since that initial order, they’ve placed another for polo shirts.
