Impression Technology Europe – D40

Textile printing has never been easier to add to your portfolio and Impression Technology Europe (ITE) says it will be demonstrating this with its range of direct-to-garment printers from DTG Digital. “With the M Series machines leading the way, state of the art technology has never been more accessible,” says the company. “Aimed primarily at printing directly onto garments, the DTG Digital range will outproduce anything in this field. If, however, wide format textile printing is what you are looking for then the GoTx machines are the ideal solution. These machines can print onto a variety of stretch and static materials up to a width of 2.6 metres. By utilising a multiple range of inks, changing fabrics is a breeze so you can print one job on cotton and the next on a polyester cotton mix.”

TheMagicTouch – F60

TheMagicTouch current range of 123Flex and garment vinyl products numbers more than 160 different colours and effects. However, as with all flex products cut using traditional plotters, the transfers need to be weeded, which the company says is “probably the most laborious, tedious and costliest part of the garment decoration process.” But not for much longer.

The company has introduced “easy-to-weed” for both the white 123Flex and the 123Flex premium products. “Using a bespoke precision engineering process during the manufacturing, an embossed effect on the hotmelt backside is applied,” says the brand, “enabling cut lines to be more visible, thus making the weeding process easier and quicker.”

This unique innovation will apply initially to the white 123Flex products with other colours to follow in the future.
