• Seeing brands passing through our facility that I could have only dreamt of working with when I first started out.
• An amazing ‘make it happen’ culture.
• Being able to say yes when others say no for same-day orders.
• Good quality, undisturbed thinking time in the morning.
• A constant sense of progression.
LOATHE IT!
• A poor attitude.
• Not achieving on time, in full delivery for our customers when things go wrong.
• Running out of stock!
• Lazy people.
• Ever saying no to a customer.
