BagBase launched its Eco-friendly RePET collection earlier this year because, as the company says, “All companies have a responsibility to do their bit for the environment: whether it’s something as simple as getting employees to turn off lights when they leave a room, recycling whenever you can or actively using eco-friendly materials in your products.”
The new line uses material created from recycled plastic bottles and includes the unisex BG855 Affinity RePET backpack and the BG881 Affinity RePET reporter. Both bags are fully lined and have padded compartments for laptops. Also included in the range is the BG887 Affinity RePET weekender, which is ideal for mini-breaks.

Like all of Mantis World’s organic styles, the Babybugz Organic Baby Blanket (BZ24), in pure 100% organic cotton, is GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard). Okarma’s collection includes a children’s T-shirt, a woman’s T-shirt, and an adults’ polo shirt – all in Control Union-certified 100% organic cotton – plus a shopping bag that’s made from recycled plastic bottles.
The Ladies Organic Fitted T-Shirt is made from lighter weight 160 gsm organic, combed cotton, single jersey fabric that has been cut to flatter the female silhouette. It has a taped rib neck, side seams and twin-needle stitching at sleeves and hem, and comes in six colours and in sizes S-XL. The Children’s Tee (OK10B) is ideal for afterschool clubs and playgroups. It comes in natural, navy, olive and white colours, and sizes to fit ages 3-13. The OK020 polo shirt comes in navy, red and royal and in men’s/unisex sizes S-2XL.
The 100% Recycled Polyester Bottle Shopping Bag (OK44) has a 10-litre capacity and comes in three colours. Each bag is made from around four plastic bottles that might otherwise have ended up in landfill.
