Shirt Lab–the new sales and marketing event for the decorated apparel industry co-founded by Images columnist Marshall Atkinson, which took place on 27 October in Columbus, Ohio–was a sell-out success, with all seats having been sold a month before the event.

Marshall said: “What resonates with shop owners is the drive to get better. The sales market has shifted, and I think shop owners are scrambling to understand the new dynamics. What we are teaching with Shirt Lab are new best practices and strategies that will push these shops to succeed.”

Further events are being added in the US each quarter, and Marshall and co-founder Tom Rauen have started a podcast, Shirt Lab Answer Series, that covers various marketing and sales challenges.
