M&R’s Copperhead Rival automatic screen printing presses combine advanced features with high-speed production to deliver outstanding results, says Screen Print World (SPW)
“Its electric indexing system ensures smooth and quiet operation, while the innovative squeegee pressure equaliser system, with individual regulators on each print head, guarantees uniform ink deposits for superior print quality.
“Set-up is fast and efficient thanks to electric print heads, tool-free squeegee/floodbar angle adjustment, pneumatic screen frame clamps, and independent squeegee/flood speeds.
“Operators can further streamline workflow with the M&R Tri-Loc system, which provides unmatched registration speed, accuracy and consistency.”
The Copperhead Rival is available in configurations of eight, 10 and 12 stations with a standard pallet size of 40x63cm, and a maximum image area of 40x50cm.
“Its high-resolution touchscreen control panel features intuitive, icon-based logic and built-in tutorials for ease of use,” adds SPW.
“Additional highlights include front and rear-locking micro-registration, and a print stack mode, which is ideal for HD and speciality print techniques.”
