Rudy Marrero has taken on the role of head of sales covering the UK and the rest of Europe at Siser, the Italian-based manufacturer of heat transfer vinyl (HTV).
Rudy, who is well known from training days and other industry events in the UK, has been appointed to the role after more than seven years with the company. He will be covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Properly known as Rodolfo Marrero Jr, Rudy has been in the textile and heat transfer industry sector for 15 years. He was previously export sales manager for Siser.
He joined Siser in 2019 from garment decoration group Stahls’ where he was sales manager for South America.
Rudy said: “I’m looking forward to this new challenge and to working with our partners across the EMEA region to drive growth and create new opportunities.”
In July, Stahls’ announced that it was acquiring Siser.
