The Roq Hybrid uses fast Fujifilm Dimatix print heads
According to Nuno Venda of Roq, those demanding jobs that you need to think two or three times before accepting will become easy jobs with the Roq Hybrid. “With the Roq Hybrid you can combine the best of two worlds: the glitter, foil, 3-D etcetera from screen printing with the precision of colours, high resolution and huge colour gamut from digital printing and all with a great hand feel,” he explains.
The Roq Hybrid can be supplied with eight (CMYK) or 12 (CMYK+2) Fujifilm Dimatix print heads. One of the reasons that Roq chose the Fujifilm Dimatix print head is because it is possible to repair the nozzles, says Nuno, giving the print heads a longer lifespan. “But above all, these print heads represent the future of this technology,” he comments.
The Roq Hybrid offers a maximum printing size of 500 x 700 mm or 750 x 900 mm.
