Newly merged print-on-demand technology platforms Printful and Printify have unveiled the leadership team for the unified company.

Alex Saltonstall, formerly CEO of Printful, will lead as the CEO of the merged company, while Anastasija Oleinika, CEO of Printify, will take on the role of president and head of platform.

The two companies announced the merger this month, joining forces as “equal partners” with both the Printful and Printify brands being maintained “for the foreseeable future” under a holding company whose name is currently being developed.

Printful’s in-house production facilities, including a direct-to-garment print and embroidery fulfilment centre in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands, is complemented by Printify’s network of more than 85 third-party production partners.

The rest of the new leadership team includes chief financial officer Adam Malpocher, chief technology officer Edgars Peičs, chief operating officer Zane Levsa, chief product officer Ashish Chopra, chief people and culture officer Pārsla Basko, and vice president of commerce, Sarah Praceus.

Also on the leadership team are Greg Sewastianowicz, who is chief growth officer for the platform business, and Rick Simpson, who remains head of ecommerce and customer experience specialist Snow Commerce which he founded.

The board will be composed of Printify co-founder James Berdigans and Printful co-founder Lauris Liberts alongside Alex Saltonstall and Anastasija Oleinika.

Lauris said: “This is an exciting moment for us. We truly believe that this newly formed management team will elevate the company and the industry to new heights.

“Alex’s strategic vision will guide the unified organisation while Anastasija will focus on platform strategy and operations, driving integration priorities and enhancing brand and technology strategies. Together with the combined talent from both companies, we’re excited about our new team.”

The integration process began on Wednesday (20 November) with the new leadership taking on their roles. Their focus is on uniting teams, combining technology capabilities and pooling resources to expand product selection, geographic reach and fulfilment solutions.

Alex said: “I’m thrilled by the strategic opportunity in front of us. Our focus will be on strengthening relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders to drive growth and long-term success.

“In parallel we will start with the incredible talent from both companies and develop a world-class team while fostering a strong and empowered company culture. Together, we’ll build a unique company known for enabling the long-term growth of our merchants and clients with innovative and unparalleled solutions.”

Anastasija added: “My passion has always been about creating seamless, user-friendly experiences that remove barriers and unlock opportunities. Now, with this merger and the incredible talent we’ve brought together, I’m excited to take this mission to a much larger scale.”
