Images columnist, Marshall Atkinson has published a new eBook called ‘Price for Profit: Cost Plus vs Value Models’.

The downloadable book explains how screen print shops can build a price list based on their actual costs and shop efficiency. Aimed at moving readers away from what Marshall says is the “highly incorrect ‘average of the shops near me'” method of pricing, it offers step-by-step advice on how to mine a shop’s historical data to determine an accurate price list.

“All too often, shops wonder if they are pricing things correctly,” said Marshall. “You see this on Facebook or industry forums constantly. With this book, any shop can calculate a price list that uses their true cost for running the shop, and actual production data to do it properly.”

The book retails for $59.
