The M&R Companies has introduced the new, modular VictoryOne automatic oval screen printing press – the first product release of the joint design, manufacturing, sales, and service agreement between M&R Printing Equipment and Hanglory Group of Shenzhen China.
The VictoryOne is supplied in six-station modules and can be configured from 22 stations/6 colours up to 64 stations/24 colours. Its maximum image areas are 42 x 70 cm (16.5” x 27.5”) on small pallets and 55 x 70 cm (21.5” x 27.5”) on large pallets. A servo-driven indexer and servo-drive printheads are said by M&R to provide exceptional smoothness, consistency, and longevity. Also new, the standalone Sechuan quartz flash-cure unit has been designed specifically for the VictoryOne oval press.
M&R’s president and CEO, Rich Hoffman, commented: “Over the years, M&R has been approached by a number of offshore manufacturers of screen printing equipment seeking to form an alliance, but we were never able to identify a potential partner that would bring real value and innovation to M&R customers. However, Hanglory Group is far different than any other company that has approached us. Hanglory Group had developed an oval printing platform to support their Hybrid Screen Print/Digital Direct-to-Garment Printing system, which has enjoyed considerable success in the Chinese market. Their core design and manufacturing capabilities, combined with their reputation for quality, performance, and integrity makes them an ideal partner in the VictoryOne project.”
“We have long admired M&R’s leadership in the design, manufacturing, sales, and service of high-performance screen printing equipment,” said Hanglory Group president and CEO, Peter Zhang. “We were excited to have the opportunity to work with M&R on the VictoryOne project, and working directly with M&R’s award-winning engineering team brought new design ideas to the VictoryOne. We are confident that VictoryOne will be well received by the garment decorating industry, and that it will quickly achieve a reputation for performance and value.”
Mr. Zhang added that Hanglory Group is looking forward to entering into future joint programmes, “that will afford both companies the opportunity to expand the depth and reach of the M&R product line in the global marketplace.”
The VictoryOne automatic oval press will be sold and supported exclusively by M&R Printing equipment through their worldwide distribution and service network. The official launch will take place on Stand 12-124, at FESPA Asia in Bangkok, Thailand on 15-17 February, 2017.
