The Tesoma Drylight
According to MHM Direct GB, the Tesoma Drylight is the ‘Bentley’ of the dryer world. The company says: “German engineering has long been renowned for build quality and performance and these attributes are clearly obvious with the Tesoma Drylight.”
The Drylight, which is suitable for drying plastisol, water-based and discharge inks, is a gas-heated, modular conveyor dryer with digital combustion technology. It promises ultra-low emissions, and MHM says the gas consumption of the Drylight is among the lowest of any dryer in the industry, resulting in lower running costs and a low carbon footprint.
It comprises two hot-air modules as standard (4 metres), with room to expand if needed, making it ideal for both high volume screen printers and digital printers. Features include easy-to-lift, hinged hoods for ease of cleaning and lint removal.
Heat and energy loss is kept to a minimum thanks to highly effective insulation, says MHM, with the exterior skin being ‘cool to touch’. The digital burner manager continuously calculates and maintains the cleanest possible combustion, which the company says increases long-term reliability by keeping internal components cleaner.
“With over a million units manufactured and installed across many applications, the highly efficient Weishaupt Burner System is available on every continent,” explains MHM Direct GB, with spare parts and service available from more than 1,000 service centres worldwide.
