Our June 2025 Decorated Product of the Month is this fabulous printed tee by Merch Bitch for North Wrestling
Detailed artwork combined with impressive sleeve printing is what made this excellent top jump out at us this month.
It was printed by Merch Bitch for North Wrestling, which runs pro wrestling events in Newcastle upon Tyne and north-east England, on black and white long-sleeve Gildan Hammer tees. The team used water-based discharge inks from MagnaColours with custom Pantones to match the digital artwork provided by the customer (which was created by
@profbanzai_ryo), explains owner Joe McFadden.
The limited run of 50 units was printed using an M&R Kruzer manual screen printing press.
“Sleeve prints can be tricky, especially when they’re multiple colours,” says Joe. “But with the right screens and good registration, they’re a breeze to print and come out great every time!
“The fiddliest bit of sleeve printing is loading them on and off the pallet. This is only really a problem with cuffed sleeves, but who likes uncuffed sleeves?!” he adds.
The Sunderland-based print studio offers a wide range of decoration services, from embroidery to large format print. “We’re a small team of five creative individuals; a mix of illustrators, graphic designers and all-round grafters that love a great bit of artwork!” says Joe.
