Lynka has won two gold medals in the CEE Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2016. The company was named Textile Manufacturer of the Year and also won gold in the Sustainability & Environment category.
Manufacturers in the Sustainability & Environment category were judged on their use of environmentally friendly and cost effective solutions, while the Textile manufacturer of the Year Award specifically highlights excellence in manufacturing and recognises the best overall manufacturing firm in the Central Eastern European region.
Lynka’s founder and CEO, John Lynch was present during the CEE Awards. “I am so pleased that Lynka was recognised among such an impressive group of regional textile industry leaders. I’m especially proud of winning the award for Sustainability and Environment – an area in which we have made great strides during the past few years,” he commented.
Lynka is one of the EU’s leading full service manufacturers and suppliers of corporate apparel, work wear, and promotional clothing and accessories. Founded in 1992, Lynka has won 48 awards for product and print quality – more than any other European apparel company.
More than 100 listed and unlisted companies representing different industrial sectors from Central and Eastern Europe countries competed in the Best of Awards Ceremony. The awards have been organised by CEO Manufacturing Magazine and EuropaProperty.com for the past four years.
