The Kornit Paradigm II digital add-on module, as demonstrated at SGIA 2015
Kornit Digital demonstrated its next generation NeoPigment Pure ink at the SGIA show in Atlanta at the beginning of November. Paul Borucki, managing director of Kornit Digital North America, comments: “With the market introduction of NeoPigment Pure, our chemists and application experts have managed to achieve an even better hand feel and gamut.”
The company, which was a Gold Sponsor of SGIA, also showed visitors a hybrid screen and digital printing set-up based on an M&R Sportsman EX carousel and Kornit’s Paradigm II digital add-on module. “This technology combination allows screen printers to produce and sell garments that cannot be done in analogue or digital printing alone: inexpensive white bases and effects from screen are combined with photorealistic prints and mass-customisation features from digital,” said Kornit. “Set-up times and cost for print jobs are drastically reduced.”
