Colourful new products for wearing at and after work, including the brand’s first-ever bistro aprons

James & Nicholson and Myrtle Beach have many new styles for work and leisure. These include signal colours for more visibility at work, bright cotton styles for after work, and crossover items.

Workwear highlights

The new James & Nicholson Signal-Workwear Jacket (JN1854) is a lightweight style that promises good visibility due to its eye-catching neon orange signal colour and reflective elements. Made from a four-way stretch fabric for freedom of movement, the jacket has a companion style for colder days, the Signal-Workwear Softshell-Jacket (JN1856).

To complete the look, the Workwear Pants Light Slim-Line (JN1858) goes well with both jackets. Constructed from sturdy, elastic and lightweight mixed fabrics, they are durable and feature several tool pockets.

The brand-new, one-size bistro aprons Apron Short (JN1880) and Apron Long (JN1881) have full-length tie belts, allowing them to be easily fixed around the hip. They are durable, hygienically washable and offer plenty of freedom of movement. The Apron with Bib (JN1882) style, which has an adjustable neck tape and a two-piece pocket, also keeps the upper body clean.

New polos

The new Ladies’/Men’s Plain Polos (JN969/JN964) are made of classic piqué fabric using combed, ringspun cotton and have a ready-made button-down collar. The practical Ladies’/Men’s Mercerised Polos (JN1301/JN1300) are ideal both for and after work and come in numerous bright colours. Also available is the Men’s Mercerised Polo Slim Fit (JN1302).

The new Ladies’/Men’s Polos (JN1303/JN1304) stand out thanks to their contrasting collars and sleeve-bands, while the Ladies’/Men’s Polos (JN1305/JN1306) impress in plain black with colourful details. All of these new polos are 100% cotton.

Made from polyester, the Ladies’/Men’s Zip-Polos (JN1307/JN1308) promise a light, comfortable fit and breathability. Moisture-regulating and quick-drying, these are ideal for sports, promotional and leisure contexts.

Matching pants

The new Ladies’/Men’s Pants (JN1207/1208) are especially comfortable due to their elastane content and perfectly complement the Ladies’/Men’s Zip-Polos.

Outerwear for work and leisure

The Ladies’/Men’s Fleece Vests (JN1309/1310) are made from a classic soft fleece and recycled polyester.

On cooler days, there is the Ladies’/Men’s Fleece Jacket (JN1311/JN1312).

Both come in six colours and can be combined with the knitted Ladies’/Men’s Round-Neck Pullover (JN1313/JN1314).

Another highlight is the Ladies’/Men’s Softshell Jacket (JN1315/JN1316), which is water- and dirt-repellent thanks to Bionic-Finish Eco, and has lightly quilted inserts on the shoulders and sleeves.

New Myrtle Beach headwear

The new 5 Panel Sports Cap (MB6245) is made of soft microfibre, is wind- and water-repellent, and its peak is decorated with a broad contrasting-colour stripe. It has a lined sweatband and comes in four colours.

Another addition is the 6 Panel Mesh Cap (MB6246). Made of soft mesh fabric, it has six embroidered air holes, a quick-drying terry sweatband, and a ‘click and snap’ fastener for size adjustment. These are ideal for sunny days, as is Myrtle Beach’s new Picnic Blanket XL (JN1906).

For colder days, there is the new Reversible Beanie (MB7400), along with the Reversible Headband (MB7401). Both come in five colourways. The Fleece Gloves (MB7402) with a fluffy inside complete the winter outfit.

The Classic Knitted Beanie with Patch (MB7403) combines a great fit with an extra space for embroidery and printing, while the Reflective Winter Beanie (MB7142) shines in bright orange and bright yellow shades.

ClimatePartner

To compensate for the CO2 emissions produced during the production of the James & Nicholson and Myrtle Beach catalogue for 2023, the family-run Daiber company has once again supported sustainable projects by partnering with ClimatePartner. This is done by supporting internationally acknowledged climate protection projects, such as Colombia’s REDD+ project, which protects 1,150,200 hectares of rainforest and helps to preserve its biodiversity.

“It is a special concern of ours to give something back to the environment,” says managing director Kai Gminder.

“For this reason, we are striving for more sustainability not only in our products, but also in our activities as a company.”
