Siser, the producer of heat transfer vinyl (HTV) dating back over 45 years, has become part of the Stahls’ family of companies.
Siser, based in Italy, will continue to operate as a “trusted brand” after the acquisition by Stahls’ which supplies transfers, HTV, heat presses and cutters.
Stahls’, based in the US, and Siser already shared a long history of working together to help garment decorators with innovative products and industry education.
While operating as a separate brand, Siser will collaborate with Stahls’ to “advance innovation, strengthen customer support and drive growth across global markets”. Alongside its large portfolio of HTVs, it also supplies cutters and presses.
Stahls’ added that the relationship “brings together complementary expertise in materials, decoration technologies, equipment and application solutions”.
Carleen Gray, CEO of Stahls’, said: “This next phase of our relationship with Siser allows us to focus on innovation and helping decorators succeed.
“Together, we are focused on delivering outstanding products, education and support while continuing to create new opportunities for our customers and the industry as a whole.”
Stahls’ and Siser are yet to confirm if there will be any implications for Siser’s network of distributors.
