FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 Preview
FESPA Global Print Expo and its co-located events, European Sign Expo and Personalisation Experience will take place from 6-9 May 2025 at Messe Berlin, Germany. The exhibition will welcome over 565 exhibitors from across the globe and will showcase the latest solutions for the speciality print community, including digital and screen print, textile print and signage.

Visitors to the exhibition will be able to explore a range of technologies, media, services and consumables, including product launches, which will be seen for the first time at the 2025 events. FESPA’s comprehensive feature programme will also return and is set to include the brand new SmartHub Conference, Smart Factory Trail and European Sign Expo Pavillion, as well as returning visitor favourites.
• SmartHub Conference will include daily sessions across the week exploring the opportunities available in personalisation. Hot topics will include AI, automation and sustainability.
• Smart Factory Trail will comprise of a self-guided tour of the exhibition to see intelligent manufacturing and on-demand technology for garment production.
• World Wrap Masters will be home to the final of the World Wrap Masters competition, which will see the winners of the regional competitions battle it out to be crowned World Wrap Master Champion. Outside of the competition, there will be a programme of technical demonstrations exploring a variety of application techniques.
• European Sign Expo Pavillion, designed to resemble a shopping High Street, will celebrate innovative and emerging brands with a focus on digital and architectural signage, illuminated displays and software.
• FESPA Awards 2025 shortlisted entries will be on display in the atrium of Messe Berlin, providing visitors with the opportunity to view some of this year’s most creative entries.
