The new Epson SureColor SC-F300 desktop A3 dye-sub printer promises a compact, user-friendly workflow.
Unveiled on 16 September, the new printer provides a step-up from A4 to A3-size applications, such as decorating larger garments and a wider variety of personalised items, says Epson.
The printer is designed for straightforward operation, with features including a 2.7″ colour touch panel and flexible sheet feeding via front and rear cassettes.
To support convenience and day-to-day usability, the SC-F300 uses a CISS ink tank system to reduce the frequency of ink changes, and supports mobile printing (including AirPrint, and Mopria). Epson also positions the SC-F300 within a “genuine solution” approach – combining genuine ink, driver, media, warranty and support – designed to help users achieve consistent results.
“The SureColor SC-F300 is ideal for customers who are expanding into personalisation and short-run production,” said Chris Davies, head of product marketing C&I and BS, Epson Europe. “It’s built to make it easier for growing businesses to step up to A3 dye-sublimation with confidence – combining simple operation, flexible handling and the dependable performance users expect from Epson.”
