The DTG Digital M3 includes the iQ Interweave firmware to reduce the risk of banding
The M Series machines from DTG Digital offer single-pass printing, increased print speed, increased print area and a roller feed option for continuous production, while the pressurised ink feed reduces ink waste and maintains a consistent quality.
“These models were always aimed at bridging the gap between small and bulk orders, but the new larger models, such as the M6, take this to a new high with production figures more often seen in screen printing,” says sales director John-Paul Burton. “With three models available offering print areas from 604mm x 450mm to 1100mm x 980mm, the M Series also offers flexibility not seen on other machines.”
The machines include specially developed firmware called iQ Interweave that prints in waves rather than lines, reducing the likelihood of banding at low resolutions. New this year is the P30i ink, which prints on to 100% cotton, 100% polyester and 50%/50% polycotton.
