With the Olympic Games taking place in the summer and this issue’s focus being on sportswear, it was a no-brainer to select the London 1948 Pin Jacket as our decorated product of the month.
The embroidered design on the front left chest was taken from the pin badge that was originally produced during the 1948 London Olympic Games – the first Games to be held since the Berlin Olympics in 1936.
The 80% ring-spun cotton/20% polyester full-zip, mock-neck fleece jacket with contrast ribbing on the neck, bottom and cuffs has London 1948 embroidered on the back, along with an embroidered Union Jack. It is available from the official Olympic Games shop.
