The M&R Diamondback S – available from Dave Roper
Dave Roper reports that M&R’s Diamondback S is one of its “most loved automatic presses”, with the Diamondback series offering a range of versatile and affordable entry-level automatic machines.
Decorators can choose from six, seven, eight or nine colours, with the Diamondback S offering a maximum image area of 41 x 46 cm. It accepts screen frames up to 58 x 84 x 4.5 cm and has the capability to print hundreds of garments an hour, the company advises.
The Diamondback S features servo-driven indexing for accurate travel, and pneumatic screen clamps for rapid screen loading and to hold roller frames without special adapters, as well as offering stability on a wide variety of screens.
Also included are pneumatic squeegee/floodbar clamps with tool-free angle adjustment; pneumatic screen frame clamps; and pneumatic squeegee pressure regulators with pressure gauges on each print head to control the print pressure. The machine also includes the M&R Revolver Print Program, which automatically operates individual print heads in programmed sequence and allows multiple flashing without losing a printing position.
Dave Roper offers decorators a range of screen printing packages, from the basic Econo package, which includes a choice of Riley Hopkins Junior presses, to the Automatic packages, which include M&R equipment. The company also offers secondhand printing equipment.
