This intricate logo was embroidered onto workwear by Mog & Bird in Hertford for Cuffley Tree Surgery

This design was digitised in-house, and contains 11,025 stitches on the front and 12,149 stitches on the back, explained Nora Ikote, owner of Mog & Bird.

The company decorated four L/S 1/4 Zip Micro Grid Tops from Higher State.

The garments were embroidered using a Barudan single-head embroidery machine, plus Madeira 40 Polyneon thread, Vilene cut-away backing and 20 micron Avalon topping, which was all supplied by Madeira UK.

Cuffley Tree Surgery’s feedback was very positive, added Nora.

They said: “I’m really happy with how the fleeces have turned out — the logo has a very clean finish, and really stands out whilst wearing the fleece!”.
