Independent workwear reviews by Adrian Burton of South East Workwear
When quoting for a contract for embroidery there are already so many different jacket options available. To further confuse matters, over the past couple of years the market has been flooded with a load of softshells all competing for the same business. I have tried and tested many of these jackets and, if you are looking for something plain and simple, yet smart enough to make your customer stand out from the crowd, then I would recommend the Uneek Softshell Jacket (UC611).
When using this jacket for embroidery it has a handy little flap on the inside left breast area. This enables you to quickly cover up the back of the stitched logo, making it look tidy and helping no end with your production speed. I’ve also noticed that they’ve removed the rear zip compartment for embroidery access. Quite frankly, this wasn’t very helpful when embroidering larger designs – it does, however, leave the rear embroidery back exposed in the jacket, but then you can’t have everything! The UC611’s price point is bang on and it will help no end with winning that work.
