The Polyprint Texjet hybrid system is available from Amaya
“The hybrid system developed by Polyprint combines the speed of screen print with the ease of digital prints to create fantastic, high resolution images onto garments,” says Julian Wright of Amaya Sales UK. “The process enables the user to drastically increase output from standard DTG and still retain the benefits of full colour digital printing.” Set-up time is greatly reduced and registration is achieved in a very simple and quick manner, he reports. This process was developed to increase production on dark or coloured garments and to allow screen printers to significantly reduce set-up time on medium-sized runs. Only one screen is needed to create the white base and the Texjet DTG printer does the rest.
