The last Newtech roadshow of 2015, which was held at The Kia Oval in London in November, was a great success, reports the organisers Coactive. Hundreds of buyers attended the show, including Rebecca Shaya of Roey Embroidery, who comments: “It was very convenient to see one of my suppliers more or less on my doorstep, and also to have time to discuss various topics without being rushed away.”

Peter Wright, of roadshow exhibitor Amaya Sales UK, comments: “Over the two days of the show we were able to speak to potential customers that are in other markets that we would not normally reach through our usual promotion and advertising. The atmosphere was much more relaxed than at a normal trade show and we were able to go into much more detail about our products and their benefits.

“We also had some of our own clients that came to discuss their future requirements and to see our new products. They were pleased that the show was quite local to them and that they didn’t need to leave their business for all of the day.

“We were showing the new Melco EMT16 modular embroidery machine which comes with many unique benefits to help embroiderers improve drastically their production.”

The Newtech roadshow will be visiting Corby, Glasgow, Brighton, Manchester, Brentwood, Bristol, Leeds and London in 2016.
