Workwear specialist Alexandra is complementing its ranges of healthcare uniforms by becoming exclusive UK supplier for International Brands Group and its Ezeez footwear brand.

The line-up provides footwear options for all kinds of uses, from a smart shoe to trainers and clog style, including Ezeez’s Coco, Stella and Phoebe ranges.

It specialises in footwear designed for women’s feet, developed around a female shoe last, aimed at providing comfort for female nurses, doctors, care workers, vets and any healthcare practitioner who spends a lot of time on their feet.

They feature slip-resistance soles, cushion-foam midsoles and an airflow footbed, engineered to suit the biomechanics of the female foot to reduce foot fatigue after long shifts.

Ezeez is also developing a footwear range designed exclusively for men, called the Oliver.

Phil Harland, director of client management at Mi Hub, Alexandra’s parent company, said: “Both Alexandra and Ezeez share such similar values and design ambitions, it made perfect sense and we believe that the partnership of our two companies forms the perfect pairing.”

Ed van Wezel, CEO of International Brands Group (IBG), added: “What a great opportunity for us to combine our resources and bring Ezeez to a wider audience in the UK. Our mantra at IBG is to ‘Give People Better’ and it was with this mission that we developed Ezeez.

“This exceptional line of footwear was specifically designed for the unique needs of healthcare professionals who spend long hours on their feet and require comfortable, protective and durable footwear.”
