Adkins has announced two new additions to its direct-to-film (DTF) curing range after the success of its Inline 800 DTF shaker cure unit.
The new Inline Compact 600 DTF shaker cure unit enables high-volume roll-to-roll production with a space-saving design that is ideal for decorators using media widths up to 60cm.
Despite its size, the new chassis of the Compact 600 features sealed built-in filtration and extraction with replaceable filters creating a safer work environment.
Powered from a standard domestic plug socket providing low operating power consumption, it also benefits from the intelligent automatic feed speed detection and low powder warning light associated with the proven Inline 800.
Adkins DTF Pro Cure Oven
The new Adkins DTF Pro Cure Oven is a versatile solution for curing DTF prints for both roll-to-roll and sheet-fed production.
Described as a “high-quality, reliable and very efficient desktop curing solution”, the Pro Cure Oven has two large reciprocating trays, with each tray accommodating two A3 sheets side by side or larger sheets up to 60cm by 40cm from roll-fed printers.
Using highly efficient fan-assisted heat circulation, the cure oven boasts quick curing times – as low as 30 seconds – with the automatic operating mode interchanging the trays without any manual involvement to enable high-volume sheet curing production.
The Adkins Pro Cure Oven has been designed to fit on standard 60cm-deep worktops and, like the Compact 600, it also features built-in filtration and extraction and is powered from a standard domestic plug.
