The new Dual Dryer from Adelco
New from Adelco is the Dual Dryer, a high production, small footprint dryer that follows in the (larger) footprint of Adelco’s twin deck Duplex model.
The Dual, which launches at Fespa in May, has separate heat chambers, airflow and exhaust for the top and bottom belts. This dual belt concept model allows for increases in the throughput capabilities in print shops without increasing the size of the dryer.
“The Dual dryer will be added to the existing dryer range at Adelco and we will continue to manufacture the well proven Duplex dryer,” says the company.
All Adelco dryers including the new Dual, the Duplex and the standard range of Ecotex Plus dryers are now fitted with internal exhaust hoods over the feed and exit sections of the oven to provide a cleaner working environment without having to add optional extraction hoods and exhaust connections.
Adelco recently announced another record year in dryer manufacturing, having produced over 130 Ecotex Plus dryers during 2016. The company reports that its ‘See it, Test it, Love it’ slogan’ has proven successful in its approach to proving a dryer for any application prior to ordering.
