The mass production Kornit Vulcan – European demonstrations are coming soon

A lot has been happening with Adelco’s Kornit machinery offering over the past year: in June 2016 both the new Storm Hexa and Storm 1000 models were launched, with an increased output speed of 30% over the existing Storm II. The Hexa offers red and green alongside CMYK, with other features including a new ink circulation system for increased print head stability and reduced ink wastage, and an internal humidifier system.

Six Hexa systems have been installed in the UK since its launch, and Adelco has opened a demonstration and test facility at its Hampshire showrooms. Existing Storm II users can take advantage of a full upgrade to the Storm Hexa or Storm 1000, says Adelco.

Another big story for Kornit is the first installations of the flagship Vulcan following completion of the beta testing. This mass production digital garment printer offers continuous in-line throughput of 250 dark or light shirt per hour with inline pretreatment, white and hexa six-colour digital prints. An announcement from Adelco and Kornit regarding European demonstrations of the Vulcan will be made soon; demos outside of Europe can be arranged by appointment.
