Adelco has integrated state-of-the-art, energy-saving features into all of its dryers, including the Dual Smart, Digi-Cure+ and Pro-Cure Smart

These energy-saving features include a self-tensioning, self-aligning conveyor belt, as well as an integrated vacuum hold down and rubber-covered rollers to ensure a non-slip conveyor. There are also independent burners, airflow and temperature control over each conveyor level.
In addition to built-in infeed/outfeed fume extraction systems, the dryers feature integrated infeed and outfeed exhaust hoods to prevent heat and fumes from exiting the dryer, even in full production, adds Adelco.
