A high-speed rotary heat press has been introduced by Portuguese manufacturer Acosgraf, promising up to 30% more production compared to standard pneumatic models.
The automatic Columbia Transfer 6/3 Rotary Heat Press is equipped with three independent transfer heads, designed for print shops looking for high production capabilities.
Each transfer head has individual temperature control, individual timer control and individual pressure control. It comes with three heated platens sized 50cm by 40cm coated with Teflon.
It can move clockwise or anti-clockwise, with six working platens. It is now available with an optional auto feeder and auto peel.
It has three operating options of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic and is capable of printing up to 300 pieces per hour.
The machine is due to be presented by US distributor SPSI at Impressions Expo Long Beach in Los Angeles, set to take place 23 to 25 January.
Acosgraf products are distributed in the UK through Stockport-based supplier SISS.
