The G6000 and G9000 supports both Fiery Digital Factory with advanced workflow automation, multi-layer colour profiling and colour management, automated queueing, nesting and barcoding, and Epson EdgePrint RIP software. The G6000 has a 900mm print width and a standard resolution of 1,200 x 600 dpi. The operation is handled through a touchscreen interface designed to be accessible to those new to DTF. The G9000 has a max print width of 1,626mm and offers resolution options up to 1,200 x 1,200dpi, alongside the standard 1,200 x 600dpi mode, via an enlarged dual-row nozzle print head. Maintenance is largely automated, with a fabric wiper, capping station and suction cap handling daily cleaning, plus Nozzle Verification Technology to monitor and compensate for nozzle condition. Print heads are user-replaceable, while a built-in front heater improves drying. B-Flex: Special DTF Powders B-Flex Special DTF Powders are “targeted solutions that give garment decorators the confidence to take on even the most demanding applications”. Sublimated fabrics can cause dye migration, altering colours and compromising graphics, while nylon, coated and technical textiles often make reliable adhesion difficult, notes B-Flex.
